We want to hear from you. Hourly Wages Level 2: $21.50 Level 3: $23.00 Level 4: $28.00 Level Bonuses: Cash rewards for every level completed, plus a Red Seal bonus when you earn your certification. Salary Top‑Up Plan: A percentage of your wage is topped up while you’re in training, so you can focus on learning, not losing income. What You’ll Be Doing Diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems (brakes, steering, suspension, drivability issues – you name it). Performing routine and advanced maintenance tasks. Working efficiently and independently in the shop. Keeping repair documentation neat, accurate, and up to date. Team‑up with seasoned techs to sharpen your skills.
