We're looking for a friendly, reliable Medical Receptionist to join our busy healthcare office on a part-time basis (Tuesdays and Wednesdays). This is a term position of indeterminate length with the potential for ongoing work.

About the Role:

You'll be the welcoming face of our clinic—greeting patients, managing appointments, answering phones, and keeping things organized behind the scenes. It's a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where no two days are quite the same

  • Outgoing, professional, and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
