Role Description
We are seeking a part-time/Full time Administration Assistant for an on-site role based in Windsor, QLD. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate records, and providing operational support to the team. The Administration Assistant will also be responsible for handling communication with clients and external stakeholders, organising documentation, and ensuring efficient office operations to support the delivery of exceptional care services.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in handling schedules, managing files, and organising office operations
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with clients and team members
- Attention to detail, organisational capabilities, and the ability to multitask
- Experience with digital tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- A proactive, empathetic approach to working with diverse populations
- Familiarity with the care industry or prior experience in a similar role is an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or office management are a plus
