The Opportunity: Reporting to the Executive Director of Housing, Capital, and Infrastructure, the Project Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support to three Directors and the Fleet Coordinator. This role effectively and efficiently manages deliverables related to housing, capital, infrastructure, maintenance and asset management. As a key member of the project management team, the coordinator ensures smooth communication, resource availability, and administrative efficiency to help maintain project momentum and cross-departmental alignment.
- Coordinate and oversee administrative functions to support project execution, including document control, contractor documentation coordination, and tracking of key project milestones.
- Provide administrative support in preparing and formatting project budgets, schedules, scope statements, and plans as directed by the Project Manager.
- Act as the liaison between the CSFS project team and other project stakeholders (General Contractor, Architect, Engineer, Member Nations, internal Project Managers, external partners, grant maker, etc.) throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Will Bring to The Role:
- Knowledge of First Nations culture and traditions (specifically Carrier and Sekani).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience providing administrative support on construction projects for an Owner or Developer.
- Possess working knowledge of documents and standards as produced by the Canadian Construction Association (CCA).
- Certificate in Construction Management is an asset
- Diploma in Engineering Technology, Architectural Technology, or a similar discipline preferred.
- A combination of education and experience may be considered.

Wage Range: The target hiring range for this position is $ to $ per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants' role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
