Role:
The Compliance & Campus Manager is responsible for ensuring a compliant, efficient, and student-focused campus environment. The role oversees day-to-day campus operations, manages faculty and student needs, enforces academic and operational policies, and ensures audit readiness with all regulatory bodies. The position safeguards institutional compliance standards while driving a positive student and staff experience.
Job Requirements:
A. Campus Operations
- Oversee daily campus activities, staff discipline, instructor coordination, and student-facing functions.
- Ensure smooth class scheduling, attendance monitoring, faculty availability, and resource allocation.
- Lead campus meetings, manage escalations, resolve student issues, and maintain service SLAs.
- Monitor facility management, campus safety, front desk operations, and visitor protocols.
- Drive student experience initiatives (orientation, feedback, engagement, grievance resolution).
- Ensure academic delivery standards are met in coordination with instructors and academic leads.
B. Compliance Oversight
- Ensure 100% compliance with institutional, PTIB, and other regulatory requirements.Maintain updated documentation, records, SOPs, policies, and audit-ready files at all times.
- Coordinate submissions, renewals, regulatory communication, and corrective actions.
- Oversee adherence to policies related to attendance, grading, student records, and data security.Support internal and external audits; ensure zero penalties through proactive compliance checks.
C. Practicum and Placement Oversight
- Oversee the coordination and quality of practicum and internship programs.
- Ensure student placements meet academic, legal, and safety requirements.
- Maintain partnerships with industry organizations and placement agencies.
- Track student practicum performance, attendance, and supervisor feedback.
- Monitor graduate employment outcomes and support institutional placement goals.
D. People & Stakeholder Management
- Supervise campus staff and drive accountability, discipline, and teamwork culture.
- Coordinate with Compliance, HR, Finance, Admissions, and Academics to align campus goals.
- Conduct weekly performance meetings and implement action plans where needed.
- Maintain professional relationships with auditors, evaluators, and regulatory bodies.
E. Reporting & Documentation
- Submit weekly and monthly campus performance reports and compliance trackers.
- Maintain documented proof of processes, audits, escalations, and resolutions.
- Ensure all policies, student files, and operational records are updated and version-controlled.
F. Continuous Improvement
- Recommend process enhancements to improve compliance, operations, and student experience.
- Conduct internal training for staff on policies, compliance, and operational SOPs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
