Job Summary:
The
ServiceNow Administrator
will design, develop, and maintain
ServiceNow solutions
that support business operations, enhance IT service delivery, and streamline automation across multiple modules. This role requires strong technical proficiency in
ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration
, along with hands-on experience supporting full lifecycle implementation — from design to deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, document, and implement
ServiceNow solutions and enhancements
based on business requirements. - Develop and configure platform changes using
scripting and advanced configurations
. - Support all stages of the
development lifecycle
(Design, Develop, Test, Deploy, and Maintain). - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify requirements for technical solutions.
- Document
technical decisions, issues, and system enhancements
for reference and governance. - Report project progress and maintain detailed records of development activities and issue resolutions.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving
technical issues
within the ServiceNow platform.
Required Experience:
- 4-5 years of experience
as a ServiceNow Developer and Administrator managing production environments. - Demonstrated expertise with:
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- Software Asset Management (SAM)
- Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- Performance Analytics
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
certification required.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
certification. - Experience integrating ServiceNow with
Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, and Copilot
. - Familiarity with
Service Hub
and other ServiceNow extensions.
Required Skills:
- ServiceNow platform development and administration
- ITSM/ITOM configuration and process automation
- Scripting and configuration in ServiceNow
Preferred Skills:
- Cross-platform integration (AD, SCCM, Intune)
- Performance Analytics reporting
- Documentation and lifecycle management
Additional Skills:
- Collaboration with cross-functional business teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Analytical problem-solving in enterprise IT environments
