Visionpool Business Services is hiring a HYBRID Product Analyst (ServiceNow).

**Description of Duties**:

- Stakeholder management and BA artifact management
- Backlog grooming, refinement and sprint planning coordination with PO and Scrum master
- QA the DEV work upon development completion for release readiness
- UAT and DEMOs with the stakeholders
- Work in sprints and coordinate with Devs to fix issues in production.
- Incident/Problem/Feature queue maintenance and SLA adherence.

**Required Experience**:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT industry.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in production support.
- Minimum 2 of experience in agile and ITIL methodology and related platforms
- Extensive experience with INC, PRB, CHG and Service Catalog modules in ServiceNow
- ServiceNow CMDB and discovery knowledge in ServiceNow.
- Good knowledge in ITSM, ITOM and ITBM modules.
- Experience of SAAS platforms
- Understanding of Linux/Windows systems.
- ITIL v3/4 foundations certification

**Assets**:

- ServiceNow Platform administration
- Experience managing overall ServiceNow platform from administration to code migration to production.
- Flexible to work off hours implement production changes.
- Flexible to work in different technologies apart from ServiceNow.
