The Opportunity

Our client, a leader in Audiovisual (AV) systems integration, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Delivery Manager. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all installation and service delivery operations across multiple branches.

The successful candidate will provide hands-on leadership to Project Leads, Field Supervisors, and Technicians, ensuring project execution and service response are consistently high-quality, client-focused, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities (Concise)

  • Operational Leadership: Manage and balance day-to-day scheduling, dispatch, and workload for Installation and Service teams.

  • Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional technical teams to achieve high performance and process adherence.

  • Quality & Process: Enforce SOPs, track operational metrics (e.g., SLA, rework), and drive continuous improvement across delivery workflows.

  • Client & Escalation Management: Act as the senior escalation point, ensuring proactive client communication and high customer satisfaction.

  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company and client safety standards and compliance procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in AV, Systems Integration, IT Services, or Construction, specifically managing installation and service teams.

  • Strong understanding of systems integration, commissioning, and ongoing service/managed service operations.

  • Proven experience using ERP/ITSM ticketing systems (e.g., Odoo, ServiceNow).

  • Excellent client communication and organizational skills.

  • Certifications (Preferred): AVIXA CTS/CTS-I/PMP or ITIL foundation.
