What are the Responsibilities?

  • Own the Project Lifecycle: Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Be the Client's Go-To Expert: Communicate proactively, manage expectations, and deliver updates that build trust and confidence.
  • Drive Team Collaboration: Coordinate with design, programming, field, and procurement teams to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Manage Risk & Budget: Spot potential issues early, keep costs under control, and maintain accurate tracking in project tools.
  • Deliver Excellence: Oversee commissioning, quality checks, and seamless handoffs for post-installation support.

What are the Requirements?

  • 3+ years managing AV, construction, or IT installation and integration projects (hardware, software only experience will not be relevant)
  • Strong knowledge of AV systems and installation practices.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM tools (Odoo is a plus).
  • Certifications like PMP, AVIXA CTS, or manufacturer credentials (Crestron, Q-SYS, Extron) are an asset.
