Aisling Baile: Property Manager
Position: Full-Time
Location: On-Site, Calgary, AB
Reports To: Owner
Calling all driven hustlers with big ambitions.
This isn't your typical 9-to-5. At Aisling Baile, we're a fast-growing short-term vacation rental management company committed to making property owners' lives easier and delivering unforgettable guest experiences. The nature of this business means every day looks different. Some days will be just a few hours, others you'll run full tilt. If the idea of 24/7 availability makes you hesitate, this role probably isn't for you, BUT if it makes you lean in, you might be exactly who we're looking for.
YOU'LL KNOW YOU'RE RIGHT FOR THIS ROLE IF:
· You take charge without waiting for permission.
· You actually love to juggle multiple priorities and enjoy a workday where things move fast.
· You think quickly, connect easily, and know how to win people over.
· You feel restless in your comfort zone and are constantly chasing the next win.
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS OUR OPERATIONS MANAGER
Your job at Aisling Baile will be to take full ownership of our property operations in Calgary. You'll lead a team, oversee daily operations, and make sure every home is guest-ready and every owner feels supported. You'll also build vendor relationships, resolve issues before they escalate, and use our tech tools to keep everything running smoothly. On top of operations, you'll play a key role in growth by onboarding new properties, strengthening relationships, and generating business opportunities.
Your day-to-day:
· Oversee daily operations across all properties while upholding brand standards, including housekeeping, maintenance, property readiness, vendor coordination and inventory management
· Lead, motivate, and scale a team of field staff and virtual assistants.
· Manage inspections, turnovers, and property readiness so every guest walks into a 5-star experience.
· Leverage our Property Management Software Hostaway, Cleaning and Maintenance Software Breezeway, and Slack for streamlined operations.
· Resolve escalated guest issues and ensure proactive communication with Homeowners
· Review owner statements for accuracy.
· Seamlessly onboard new properties from initial owner meetings to accepting deliveries, assembly tasks, staging and other logistical tasks, ensuring all deadlines are kept.
· Drive business and development to grow our portfolio through networking, relationship building, lead generation and follow-up
WHAT IT'LL TAKE TO WIN
You'll crush it here if:
· You're competitive, independent, and don't require micromanagement.
· You can handle tough conversations with confidence and charisma.
· You're proactive, fast-moving, and always two steps ahead.
· You don't buckle under pressure and see challenges as opportunities.
· You're motivated by results, not clock-watching.
Even if you don't meet every single requirement, but you've got drive, determination, and the confidence to learn and adapt, we'd still love to hear from you.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
· Base Salary: $60K on a sliding scale based on portfolio size (the bigger the portfolio, the bigger your paycheck)
· Benefits: Flexible schedule, independence to lead without micromanagement, growth opportunities, and the chance to directly shape guest and owner experiences
· Schedule: 7 days per week with flexible hours (some days light, others full)
