**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervising and administrating operational functions within UrbanTec's condominium properties.
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to optimize property performance and resident satisfaction.
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism among property management staff.

**Position Requirements**:

- A minimum of two years' experience in Condominium Management.
- A thorough knowledge of the Condominium Act is expected.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary.
- Possession of an analytical mindset with the ability to promptly identify and resolve issues is essential.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, interpersonal, and analytical skills are required.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness in work performance is expected.
- A high degree of professionalism and dedication to all stakeholders is indispensable.
- Must have access to own vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.
- Security clearance is mandatory upon the offer of employment.

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
