Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Vancouver, BC. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for guiding customers through the car buying process, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include consulting with customers to determine their needs, providing detailed information about available vehicles, preparing sales contracts, and facilitating test drives. The Sales Consultant will also be responsible for following up with prospective customers and maintaining relationships with current customers.

Qualifications

  • Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the automotive sales industry is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
