Career Opportunity: BC Sales Representative - Women's Clothing Wholesale

Location: Vancouver BC, Showroom

Travel: British Columbia, with periodically travel to Alberta and Saskatchewan.

Richardson Sales is a wholesale women's clothing agency located in the Fashion Exchange Building in Vancouver, BC. We are a husband-and-wife dynamic sales team, representing women's clothing brands across Western Canada.

We've built a high- energy agency rooted in authentic relationships, with our independent retailers across Western Canada, while maintaining a positive outlook in everything we do.

We are looking for an energetic, driven, and personable Sales Representative to join our Vancouver-based team, in the women's clothing wholesale industry.

The ideal candidate will work closely with independent boutiques, focusing on building strong relationships and driving sales throughout British Columbia, with occasional travel to Alberta and Saskatchewan.

What You'll Do

  • Manage, and grow the territory, of independent boutiques across BC, and periodically Alberta and Saskatchewan.
  • Maintain strong relationships and communication with existing accounts to ensure their success.
  • Conduct energetic sales presentations of our collections in our showroom, and during road trips and at seasonal trade shows
  • Drive sales growth through order writing
  • Identify and open new accounts that align with our brands
  • Manage Samples, order entry and follow -ups with precision and care
  • Travel within Vancouver and throughout British Columbia to visit clients, with some travel to Alberta and Saskatchewan, for regional market events
  • Maintain consistent communication and provide exceptional client support

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Sales experience in wholesale &/ or retail( fashion or lifestyle industry) is preferred
  • Strong English communication skills
  • A self-starter with excellent motivation, strong organizational skills, and time-management abilities, who can work independently
  • Friendly, confident, and relationship-driven approach ,in a polished professional presence
  • Fashion Instinct- you have a keen eye for women's style
  • Tech savviness for order management
  • The drive to hit sales targets and a can-do attitude essential
  • Valid drivers license required, and a dependable vehicle for Vancouver and Lower Mainland store visits
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly
  • A vehicle will be supplied for longer distances or out-of-province travel, if required

As our Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brands on the road, and in the showroom. You won't be just "selling clothes", you will be a consultant for our retail partners, helping them curate the perfect selections for their customers.

Compensation:

Salary based on experience, ranging from $55,000–$70,000, plus a bonus structure.
