Job Overview
The Office Coordinator is responsible for coordinating administrative and operational functions to ensure efficient daily operations between the office and warehouse. This role oversees warehouse staff, manages inventory flow, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards while supporting administrative and logistical activities.
Administrative Coordination
· Process and manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and shipping details.
· Generate packing lists, invoices, shipping documents, and related paperwork.
· Serve as the primary point of contact between office administration and warehouse operations.
· Prepare reports, maintain records, and process documentation related to shipping, receiving, and inventory.
· Coordinate communication between departments to ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries.
· Generate and send monthly account statements to customers.
Warehouse Supervision
· Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
· Supervise and schedule warehouse personnel, ensuring optimal staffing and productivity.
· Monitor inventory accuracy
Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments; liaise with carriers and freight partners.
