**Position Summary**:
**Primary Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to)**:

- Second point of contact for clients
- Help with order management
- Assist with market intelligence
- Monitor RFP websites
- Review RFP documents and work with legal
- Assist with the RFP replies
- Liaison with internal team (warehouse, marketing, accounting) as I will be traveling often to sales calls

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities at one time
- Strong computer affinity, knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Flexibility to changing demands of the job
- Capability of working independently
- Self starter and aptitude in figuring things out

Principales responsabilités (y compris, mais sans s'y limiter):

- Deuxième point de contact pour les clients
- Aide à la gestion des commandes
- Aide à l'information sur le marché
- Surveiller les sites web d'appels d'offres
- Examiner les documents d'appel d'offres et collaborer avec le service juridique
- Aider à répondre aux appels d'offres
- Assurer la liaison avec l'équipe interne (entrepôt, marketing, comptabilité), étant donné que je me déplacerai souvent pour des visites de vente.

Qualifications:

- Diplôme d'études post-secondaires
- Sens exceptionnel de l'organisation et du détail
- Capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front et à concilier plusieurs priorités à la fois.
- Forte affinité avec l'informatique, connaissance d'Adobe Illustrator, d'Excel, de Word et de PowerPoint.
- Flexibilité face aux exigences changeantes du travail
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante
- Esprit d'initiative et aptitude à comprendre les choses.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
