We are seeking a proactive, visionary, and results-driven individual to take the reins of our high-potential short-term rental (Airbnb) portfolio. This isn't just a management job; it's a chance to be the Growth Driver and Operational Strategist for up to 30 diverse units. You will be the primary steward of our portfolio's success, blending hospitality expertise with sharp business acumen. Your Mission — What You'll Be Doing:

  • Client & Portfolio Growth: Spearhead the identification and acquisition of new, high-value clients who align with TreePad's core values, ensuring the continuous, strategic expansion of the short-term portfolio.
  • Elevated Guest & Tenant Experience: Oversee all aspects of property operations, from tenant/guest relations to proactive maintenance and managing third-party contractor repairs to ensure a five-star experience across all units.
  • Revenue Generation & Marketing: Execute innovative marketing and leasing strategies to minimize vacancy, conduct compelling showings, negotiate favorable terms, and drive unit profitability.
  • Brand & Community Engagement: Manage and elevate TreePad's social media presence to engage the community, attract new clients, and reinforce our status as a market leader.
  • Crisis & Emergency Management: Act as the decisive and responsive point of contact for property emergencies, resolving issues quickly and effectively, 24/7.
  • Holistic Management: Apply your expertise to contribute to the success of TreePad's broader Long Term Rental Portfolio as needed.

What You Bring:Experience & Education

  • Proven Success: Demonstrated experience in property management, hospitality, or a highly related field where operational excellence and customer satisfaction were key performance indicators.
  • Academic Edge (Preferred): An undergraduate degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management or a related business field is a strong asset.

Requirements

  • Mobility: Must own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
