We're currently seeking a reliable and service-oriented Live-In Maintenance Technician to join our team and help oversee daily operations at one of our multi-unit apartment buildings. Must be familiar with working in apartment buildings in both occupied and vacant apartments.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Drywall repair
  • Painting
  • Flooring (tile & vinyl)
  • Appliance repair
  • Minor plumbing repair
  • Minor electrical repair
  • General knowledge of building systems

Requirements for the role:

  • Proven maintenance experience.
  • Proven painting experience.
  • Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
  • Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
  • Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
  • Experience performing routine maintenance.
  • Strong organizational and follow up skills.
  • Eye for detail.
  • Professional presentation and attitude.
  • Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Own reliable car to move around properties.
