Job Title: Product Owner
Job Summary:
Seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Owner to lead the development of digital solutions and operational platforms for water infrastructure and utility management that meet customer needs and business goals. The Product Owner will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, product management to define product vision, roadmap, and backlog to deliver impactful products that enhance service delivery, regulatory compliance, and infrastructure resilience.

Key Responsibilities:
· Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
· Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and prioritized.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories.
· Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
· Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
· Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
· Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with Agile teams.
· Ensure alignment between product development and customer needs.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
· 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership.
· Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
· Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
· Familiarity with UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping.
