Leasing Agent
to work within our Kitchener, Waterloo & Guelph buildings. This position is being filled as a replacement.

ABOUT THE ROLE

TerraCorp Management is seeking a Leasing Agent to assist clients, show available units, and provide exceptional service throughout the leasing process.

As a Leasing Agent you will:

  • Managing and maintaining occupancy levels by applying experienced closing techniques
  • Responsible for all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork, leasing administrations, and assisting new residents through the move in process
  • Schedule, organize and lead tours
  • Promptly and professional address phone calls and emails
  • Qualify prospective residents to determine their needs and suitability as candidates
  • Provide exceptional customer service and be able to sell the brand as well as highlight the benefits of amenities of the community
  • Responsible for maximizing follow up programs associated to new rental applications, and incoming service for new residents
  • Deliver high standards of understanding in terms of product knowledge, following leasing process and polices
  • Assist with completing weekly, monthly, and special reports as needed
  • Provide support in monthly audits to ensure leasing and operational success
  • Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 2-3 years prior retail sales or customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales-driven and goal-oriented attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Ability to build relationships with customers
  • Adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions
