Responsibilities:

- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about the property and leasing terms
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately
- Collect and process rental payments from tenants
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and key exchanges
- Maintain accurate records of tenant information, leases, and rental payments
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants

- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in data entry and using customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Ability to negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants

**Summary**

As a Leasing Agent, you will be instrumental in managing property rentals and ensuring exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Property Manager, your role involves utilizing your core skills in customer service and property management to assist prospective tenants. Your premium skills in Yardi, administrative tasks, and sales will enhance the leasing process. Additionally, strong communication, negotiation, and data entry skills will be essential in maintaining customer relationships and managing tenant inquiries effectively. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $41,600.00-$90,000.00 per year
