Terracorp Management Inc. is looking for two **Leasing Agents **to join our team. We have one position available at the Barrel Yards located in Waterloo and one position available at our newest building The Bow located in Kitchener.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will be actively engaged in new property set up, renting along side a strong leasing team for properties located in Waterloo, Guelph and Kitchener. This role will provide new challenges and excitement delivering new rental stock to the local community. We look forward to finding the perfect fit to join our team

The Leasing Agent will be responsible for:

- Responsible for all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork, leasing administrations, and assisting new residents through the move in process
- Schedule, organize and lead tours
- Provide exceptional customer service and be able to sell the brand as well as highlight the benefits of amenities of the community
- Deliver high standards of understanding in terms of product knowledge, following leasing process and polices
- Assist with completing weekly, monthly, and special reports as needed
- Provide support in monthly audits to ensure leasing and operational success
- Other duties as assigned
- Passion for excellence in delivering superior customer service
- Demonstrated leadership skills in mentoring and growing a leasing team with a positive team morale
- 5-10 years of direct residential leasing experience
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Passion for creative problem solving and ideation of innovative solutions
- Commitment to discretion and confidentiality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $38,602.00-$47,702.00 per year
