You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. **Compensation**:
$120,000 - $150,000 yearly

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
- Assist buyers with finding a home, negotiate a successful purchase, and ensure clear, consistent communication and high levels of customer service throughout the entire process
- Collaborate with office staff to maintain a high level of customer service for buyers and potential buyers until the transaction is closed
- Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
- Work closely with buyers to locate and negotiate the successful purchase of a home through the process of ongoing, consistent, and clear communication and the highest level of customer service
- Prepare representation contracts, offers, and purchase agreements to ensure a smooth and successful transaction from start to close
- Arrange showing tours, show homes to potential buyers, and participate in open houses
- Help clients through the home buying process in a comfortable and exciting manner
- Facilitate the obtaining of proper financing for clients with our mortgage partners
- Make sure that every buyer or potential buyer has a great experience when dealing with our team

**Qualifications**:

- Track record of successful real estate sales
- Real-estate license or pursuing required
- High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or relevant experience
- Must have a valid Real Estate License with at least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real-estate experience
- Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel by car
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills
