About ConnectAd
Founded in 2010, ConnectAd is a digital marketing agency that helps nonprofits grow their impact and create positive change in the world.
Our clients do amazing work in cause areas like environmental conservation, health & disease, education, youth, arts & culture, and humanitarianism. We empower and amplify their efforts through projects that include paid ad campaigns, social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, website development, and many more things digital. ConnectAd has worked with over 500 organizations, including groups like Habitat for Humanity, Special Olympics, and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our tight-knit team. Reporting to a Team Lead and the Director of Client Services, you will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing strategy and campaign management to help lead nonprofits to their goals.
Why Join Us
At ConnectAd, you'll be building lasting partnerships that help nonprofits thrive. We know great team members thrive when they can focus on results. We build smart systems, set realistic client loads, and support our team so you can do your best work without sacrificing your well-being. If you're looking for a place where you can grow your skills, deliver real impact, and still have the energy to enjoy life outside of work, this is it.
While our main office is in Toronto at CSI Spadina, candidates can be located remotely anywhere in Canada.
About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate, early-career professional, or individual looking to start a new career path who is passionate about nonprofits, strategic marketing, and data analytics.
In this role, you'll support the Client Services team with campaign implementation, performance tracking, reporting, and optimization across various digital channels — helping our nonprofit clients achieve their marketing goals and create social impact. You'll play a key part in delivering measurable results and gaining hands-on experience with the full lifecycle of digital marketing campaigns.
While this position is primarily focused on behind-the-scenes campaign execution at first, you'll have regular exposure to client work (including joining client calls and collaborating with Account Managers) with a clear path to growing into a client-facing role over time. We'll train you on everything you need to know to be successful and support you as you build the skills and confidence to take on more external-facing responsibilities.
