We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that each dish is prepared to perfection while adhering to our restaurant's standards. This position requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Ensure that all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients for meals, including chopping, slicing, and marinating.
  • Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management as needed.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Follow proper food safety protocols to minimize waste and ensure quality control.
  • Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food handling, meal preparation, and food safety standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and kitchen tools.
  • A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that exceed customer expectations.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
