- Must be available to start shift at 5AM.
- Ability to work alone.
- Prep/cook breakfast menu items.
- Food Safety Required.
- LOOKING FOR BREAKFAST/SOUP CREATIVITY
- Assist Chef in develop creative breakfast specials and weekly soup menus.
- Cook breakfast and lunch menu items according to customer requests.
- Prepare items for breakfast & lunch Banquet functions.
- Worked as a Line Cook previously is an asset.
- Follow recipes when preparing menu items.
- Work grill, flat top, deep fryer and other kitchen equipment.
- Maintain sanitation of kitchen, equipment and general kitchen areas.
- Clean equipment following a schedule.
- Creating prep/order lists.
- Basic knowledge of baking.
- Prior knowledge using a Rational Combi oven considered an asset.
- Temperature readings of hot/cold.
- Prepare daily soup

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
