We are looking for amazing and high energy morning people to join our leadership group. Experienced at leading a team of 8-12 cooks. Two years management experience running a kitchen is recommended. Fast paced and Chef inspired food and drinks which you won't get anywhere else

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing the kitchen operations

- Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and standards

- Supervise and train kitchen staff

- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role

- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of food quality

- Knowledge of food safety regulations
