Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in mechanical systems, construction, and appliance repair to contribute to high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of schematics, plumbing, welding, and boiler systems, ensuring efficient and safe installations across various residential and commercial projects.

Duties

  • Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and schematics
  • Perform ductwork installation and sealing to ensure optimal airflow
  • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to verify proper operation
  • Assist with plumbing connections related to HVAC units
  • Use welding techniques for custom fittings or repairs as needed
  • Maintain detailed documentation of installation procedures and system configurations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed during all phases of installation
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems when required
  • Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and mechanical diagrams for accurate installation

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in plumbing, welding, boiler systems, and appliance repair
  • Familiarity with construction processes and building codes related to HVAC work
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams
  • Mechanical or technical certification is preferred but not required
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments
  • Valid driver's license is preferred for transportation between job sites

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $30.00-$55.00 per hour
