Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, plumbing, and construction processes to ensure efficient and safe installations. The HVAC Installer will work closely with clients and team members to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Install HVAC systems according to schematics, blueprints, and manufacturer specifications
  • Perform ductwork, piping, and wiring necessary for system operation
  • Conduct system testing to ensure proper functionality and efficiency
  • Assist with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of existing HVAC units when needed
  • Read and interpret technical schematics, diagrams, and mechanical drawings
  • Utilize welding, plumbing, and construction skills to complete installations effectively
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HVAC installation or related mechanical fields
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, welding, boiler systems, and appliance repair
  • Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, schematics, and construction practices
  • Previous experience as a mechanic or in maintenance roles is highly desirable
  • Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints accurately
  • Construction or building experience is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license preferred for travel between job sites
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
