About the Role

Hindsight Mechanical LTD is seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Installer/Sheet Metal Installer to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who has solid knowledge of HVAC systems, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work both independently and as part of a crew.

Responsibilities

  • Install residential and commercial HVAC equipment (furnaces, heat pumps, ventilation systems, ductwork, etc.)
  • Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  • Complete installations safely and according to code
  • Work efficiently on job sites with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with customers
  • Maintain a clean, organized, professional work environment
  • Travel to remote project sites as required (LOA provided)

Qualifications

  • Previous experience installing HVAC systems (preferred)
  • Sheet Metal Installation experience
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems, air distribution, and heat pump installation
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Asset certifications (not mandatory):
  • Refrigeration ticket
  • Gas B ticket
  • WHMIS, Fall Protection, First Aid
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
