This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing schematics and technical drawings to ensure precise installations. The HVAC Installer will play a vital role in providing quality service to our clients while maintaining safety standards and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems according to schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on existing HVAC units
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion
- Utilize plumbing, welding, and mechanical skills for system assembly and modification
- Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately
- Conduct system testing to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety standards
- Assist with appliance repair and other mechanical tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in plumbing, welding, boiler systems, and appliance repair
- Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings for system installation
- Construction or mechanic experience preferred
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift heavy equipment safely and work at heights when necessary
