Summary

GINCOR Werx as a Service Coordinator for our the Keswick location.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries to the proper channels
  • Writing service and warranty work orders based off customer complaints and issues
  • Open and close service jobs in the accounting system
  • Enter information into accounting system
  • Process work orders when needed
  • Assist with Part Sales and organization of parts room
  • Assist in tracking service work.
  • Able to receive and document shipments when necessary
  • Receive deliveries, sort, and stock incoming parts.
  • Order parts and enter receivables into computer system
  • Maintain the general office filing system.
  • Perform other duties, as required.

Major Requirements and Competencies

  • Knowledgeable about trailers and equipment is considered an asset
  • Multi-tasking skills and ability to be flexible when priorities shift
  • Highly organized and able manage time properly
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Prior service or manufacturing experience an asset
