**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated **Scheduler** to join our team. In this role, you will act as a liaison between our customers and service crews, ensuring jobs are scheduled accurately and efficiently. You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate scheduling for 6-7 service crews (approximately 2-3 jobs per crew per shift), and manage database updates. This position requires problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of logistics, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Reach out to customers to schedule jobs, coordinate details, and verify database information
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain and update the customer database accurately
- Book current and new customers 3-4 weeks in advance, adjusting schedules as needed
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive problem solver
- Knowledge of Toronto and GTA geography is an asset
- Experience or knowledge of commercial exhaust cleaning is an asset
- Proficient in Windows, Excel, and internet-based programs (e.g., ServiceTrade, Google Maps)
- Team player who takes ownership of responsibilities and works independently
- Reliable with excellent attendance
**Compensation**:
- Full-time position
- $22.00-$25.00/hour, based on experience
