We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented IT Office Administrator to support daily administrative operations and provide basic IT and technical support within the college. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in an academic office environment.

The IT Office Administrator will act as a bridge between administrative tasks and day-to-day IT coordination to ensure smooth office and system operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

  • Perform general office administration, including filing, data entry, record maintenance, and document management
  • Assist with student records, internal reports, and correspondence
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
  • Support admissions, compliance, and academic teams as needed

IT & Technical Support

  • Provide basic IT support for staff (email access, printers, computers, software logins, LMS access)
  • Coordinate with students for technical issues
  • Assist with CRM, student management systems, and internal databases
  • Ensure proper data handling and confidentiality

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain organized digital and physical records
  • Assist with compliance-related documentation when required
  • Follow institutional policies and privacy requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or certificate in Office Administration, IT Support, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in administration and IT support
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, email systems, databases, CRM systems)
  • Basic understanding of IT troubleshooting (hardware, software, network basics)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Experience in an educational or college environment is an asset
