Job Summary

The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office. This role includes managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, providing support to staff, and maintaining organizational systems to enhance company productivity and workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing systems.
  • Greet and assist visitors, handle incoming calls, and respond to inquiries.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as requested.
  • Ensure office equipment is maintained and coordinate repairs when necessary.
  • Maintain an organized and professional office environment.
  • Support management and other staff with administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
