Bilingual Customer Service Representative – North York (On-site)

Salary:
$50,000–$60,000 + Annual Bonus

Location:
North York, ON (On-site, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)

Your Role:
As a
Bilingual Customer Service Representative
, you'll play a key part in managing customer orders, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and monitor customer orders and shipments
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate data and documentation in company systems
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Support reporting and compliance-related tasks

What You Bring:

  • Fluency in English and French (verbal and written)
  • 2+ years
    of experience in customer service, order management, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with ERP or order entry systems (asset but not required)
