  • The salary range for the Bilingual Customer Fulfillment Specialist position is between CAD 50,000 and CAD 58,000 per year, depending on experience.

At Our Facility In Vaughan You Can Develop Your Full Potential, Sustainably, By Applying Your Expertise Within The Containerboard Packaging Team As The Customer Fulfillment Specialist

  • This position is based in Vaughan. For the first two months, the employee will work in the office four days a week for training. After that, a hybrid schedule will apply.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment cycle, including order entry, tracking, and issue resolution for strategic customers
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication
  • Collaborate with logistics, planning, and operations teams to resolve issues and maintain on-time delivery performance
  • Monitor account performance, identify recurring challenges, and recommend process improvements
  • Handle customer inquiries and escalations in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare and analyze reports related to orders and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide courteous, professional customer support with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

You Too, Put Forward Your Strengths

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or supply chain — ideally in a manufacturing or B2B environment
  • SAP experience is preferred; strong skills in Excel and data management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
  • Ability to manage complex issues independently and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Experience handling strategic or high-volume accounts is an asset
  • Works collaboratively with internal departments and maintains a positive attitude under pressure
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a high level of accountability and ownership
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with a professional and customer-centric mindset
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments; flexible, adaptable, and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
