Automotive Service Advisor Who are we? Greavette Chevrolet Buick Cadillac GMC Ltd. is a new and pre-owned dealership located in Bracebridge. We also offer a large inventory of parts as well as financing and expert repairs. We take pride in our outstanding customer service to all sales and service customers. The Role: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our service team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers needing vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. Key Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquires and requests, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving customer concerns and sells additional services when appropriate - Communicate with customer about status of work; discuss vehicle work with the customer; explain completed work and all charges to the customer - Review customers work orders and manage job flows - Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of services - Ensure that customer complaints are handled tactfully, promptly, with genuine concern and according to dealership's guidelines - Maintain accurate records of service and sales transactions - Other duties as assigned Position Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1-3 years' working experience in a customer service or sales position - Previous automotive dealership experience is an asset - Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities - Proven sales ability with experience in upselling automotive services or products - Solid organization and attention to detail - Computer skill: knowledge of PBS is an asset - Valid Driver's License Job Type: - Full-Time Shift and Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Rotational half-day Saturday Compensation: - $18.00-$23.00 per hour - Bonus pay Benefits: - Life & Health Insurance - Paid time off - On-site parking - Ongoing training and support - Employee discounts on Vehicles, Service & Parts - Collaborative work environment Ability to commute: - 365 Ecclestone Drive, Bracebridge ON, P1L 1T6 (reliably commute required) Work Location: - In-person Language: - English How to Apply: If you're interested, please apply by sending your resume to Greavette Chevrolet Buick Cadillac GMC Ltd. is committed to providing accessible employment practices that are compliant with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
