Now Hiring: Experienced Service Advisor (Full-Time)

We're looking for an Experienced Service Advisor who knows how to keep things moving. From first contact to final invoice, you'll be the go-to for customers and a vital link between the customers and the shop floor. If you're organized, confident, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to step into a key role.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Greet customers and handle phone calls with professionalism and care
  • Schedule service appointments and manage shop workflow
  • Clearly communicate recommended services, timelines, and updates
  • Create accurate work orders and maintain detailed service records
  • Process payments and manage invoicing
  • Support daily operations and help ensure a smooth customer experience

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–3 years minimum of experience in a Service Advisor role (automotive industry)
  • Strong knowledge of all fleet companies, inputting and billing processes.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to stay calm, clear, and efficient under pressure
  • Team player with a customer-first mindset
  • Basic computer proficiency; experience with Tekmetric is a strong asset
