Towne Renovations is a small and unique renovation company that caters to our sister company, Towne & Countree Kitchens. We are looking for a new team member that is passionate about doing quality renovation work, giving excellent customer service and having some fun
Work Environment:
- Working indoors and outdoors of client's spaces
- Our working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday
Skills and Experience:
- Skilled in high-quality interior painting, drywall repairs, mudding, taping, and finishing, with the ability to deliver smooth, consistent results on renovation projects.
- Basic plumbing skills: connecting sinks and faucets, fridge water lines, tubs and showers - Nice to have
- Basic electrical skills, running low voltage wiring for under cabinet lighting- nice to have
- Finishing carpentry skills, baseboards, casings, trim works
- Wainscotting -Nice to have
- Hanging interior doors
- Must have own tools and a reliable vehicle
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must have organization skills, to keep track of receipts and timesheets
What You'll Bring
- Experience – 3–5 years in interior residential renovations (cabinetry or kitchen knowledge is a bonus).
- Skill Set – Solid carpentry plus working knowledge of basic plumbing and low-voltage electrical. (Tiling and brick laying is a bonus)
- Tools & Wheels – Your own hand and power tools suitable for finishing work, and a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Professionalism – Clear spoken and written English, punctuality, and respect for occupied homes.
- Organisation – Ability to document materials, receipts, and time accurately without reminders.
Preferences:
- 3-5 years interior renovation experience
Job Type: Full-time, permanent, full benefits after 90 days, annual 2 weeks paid vacation
Pay: $31-$35.50 per hour
