**Requirements**:

- Journeyman carpenter ticket preferred but not required.
- Four or more years carpentry and or handyman experience required.
- Valid drivers license required.
- Experience with planning and running projects to ensure efficiency with both materials and labor

**Schedule**
- We are currently working a 9-80 schedule. 9 hour days (7:30am-4:30pm) Monday to Friday with every 2nd Friday off. (long weekend every 2nd weekend)

**Typical tasks and responsibilities**
- Planning and running project both on and off the tools
- Help with coordinating materials and subtrades
- Kitchen & bath renovations
- Flooring insulation
- Trim and wood work
- Interior/ exterior painting
- Drywall and wall repairs
- Tile work
- Framing
- General home repairs and trouble shooting
- Deck/ fence installation
- Roofing/ siding installation
- Demo

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 4 years (required)
