Role Summary

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend residential renovation site visits with team members
- Measure spaces and produce accurate takeoffs
- Create clear, detailed scopes of work for quotation purposes
- Prepare cost estimates for internal review and client presentation
- Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to confirm pricing
- Provide clear handoff notes to coordinators and site teams
- Review estimated vs. actual costs to improve pricing over time

**Qualifications**:

- **3+ years of residential estimating experience** in renovations or residential construction (**REQUIRED**)
- Solid understanding of typical home renovation scopes (kitchens, baths, basements, interior remodels)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
- Good communication skills with homeowners, trades, and coworkers
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shift

Pay: $58,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
