We are currently seeking experienced and hard-working employees for the upcoming snow plow season and this is a great way to get your foot in the door. Permanent positions are available for the right candidates. Summer and winter work available for experienced workers.

Current Contract Length: November 15, 2025 thru to March 31st, 2026.
Head Office Location: 90 Esna Park Drive, Unit 19, Markham, ON (Note: Candidate must be able to easily get to our office during overnight hours.)
Compensation:
· Competitive Rates.
· Various Compensation Packages (from $ $45.00 an hour).
· Pay Based on Individual Candidate's Experience.
· Guaranteed Hours and a "Seasonal Performance Bonus".
Qualifications of Ideal Candidates:
· Applicants must have a snow first commitment and be on-call 24/7 through the winter season (whenever the snow is falling, or conditions become icy).
- An open schedule is a must, and applicants must be available and committed to work on very short notice, as determined by the weather.
· Punctual, Reliable, Respectful, Driven, Dependable.
· Ability to work with minimal to no supervision.
· Able to work flexible, extended hours as required to complete the job.
· Ability to work in all weather conditions.
· Must have own reliable transportation to our office located in Markham, ON.
· Minimum 2 Year Experience Plowing commercial or residential properties.
· Must have your own cell phone.
· Must wear your own proper winter attire (ie. Gloves, hat, winter boots, winter coat, etc.)
On the Job Responsibilities:
· Timely snow plowing of a pre-set/assigned residential or commercial route.
· Operate a tractor with 10 x 16 Metal Pless snow plow or loader with pusher.
· Directly responsible for assigned snow plow route.
· Always maintain detailed knowledge of all work to be done at assigned sites and remain personally committed to the satisfactory performance of the work.
· On-call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week (days, nights, weekends and holidays).
· Abiding by all company safety practices and policies.
