Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of retail sales, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This role offers an engaging environment where you will assist customers in finding products, demonstrate features, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Bilingual abilities and prior supervisory experience are considered valuable assets for this position.

Duties

  • Assist customers through the entire vehicle purchase process, from greeting to delivery
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Stay up to date on Kia products, promotions, and industry trends
  • Follow dealership processes and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

  • Previous automotive sales experience is an asset (but we will train the right candidate)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license
  • VSA license
