We are a growing business development and customer engagement firm specializing in promoting telecommunications solutions for residential and small business customers. As our footprint continues to expand, we are seeking a Telecom Product Advisor who brings professionalism, curiosity, and a people-first mindset to every interaction.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working directly with customers, explaining technology in clear and practical terms, and helping people make confident, informed decisions. As a Telecom Product Advisor, you will act as a trusted resource – guiding customers through product options, recommending solutions that fit their needs, and delivering an experience that builds long-term loyalty.

This is a hands-on, in-person position that combines customer engagement, product consulting, sales, and sales support within a collaborative, performance-driven team environment.

Telecom Product Consultant's Advisor Include:

  • Engaging with new and existing customers to understand their connectivity needs and priorities
  • Consulting with customers on telecommunications products and services, including internet, wireless, and home solutions
  • Presenting features, benefits, and current promotions in a clear, professional, and customer-focused manner
  • Providing personalized recommendations that align with each customer's lifestyle or usage requirements
  • Supporting customers throughout the decision-making and activation process to ensure a smooth experience
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions, service selections, and account updates
  • Collaborating with internal teams to meet performance goals and uphold service standards
  • Staying informed on product updates, industry trends, and evolving customer expectations

  • A consultative mindset with a genuine interest in helping customers find the right solutions
  • Ability to learn technical products and explain them in simple, relatable terms
  • Professionalism, reliability, and accountability in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working independently while contributing to a team-driven culture
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or telecommunications is an asset, but not required
  • A willingness to learn – full company-paid training and onboarding are provided

Pay: $45,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
