We are expanding our sales operations and are looking for an Internet & Wireless Sales Advisor to support customer growth, service adoption, and market expansion within the telecommunications space.

This role is designed for individuals who enjoy working in a goal-driven environment, engaging customers directly, and turning interest into action. As an Internet & Wireless Sales Advisor, you will focus on identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and driving adoption of connectivity services that customers rely on every day.

This is an in-person role that combines customer interaction, consultative selling, and measurable performance goals within a structured and supportive team environment.

Your Role in the Team:

  • Engage with customers to introduce and promote connectivity solutions, including home internet, wireless plans, mobile plans, and related services
  • Identify sales opportunities by engaging with prequalified leads through direct conversations
  • Conduct solution-focused discussions that highlight value, performance, and usability
  • Confidently guide customers through service selection, plan comparisons, and enrollment, ensuring a smooth and informed experience
  • Meet and exceed individual performance targets through consistent outreach and follow-up
  • Consistently work toward and exceed individual performance goals through thoughtful follow-up and proactive engagement
  • Work closely with leadership and peers to execute campaigns and achieve team goals
  • Stay current on service offerings, pricing updates, and promotional initiatives
