Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the used car sales process, including inventory acquisition, pricing, and merchandising.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize profitability and achieve sales targets.
  • Accurately evaluate and appraise trade-in vehicles to ensure fair pricing for both the dealership and customers.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust inventory and pricing strategies accordingly to stay competitive.
  • Train, motivate, and lead the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with finance and service departments to streamline operations and enhance overall dealership efficiency.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Professional, high-energy attitude with a track record of success
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in used car management
  • Have excellent presence and communication skills
  • Enjoy working in a team atmosphere
  • Bilingualism is considered an asset
