We are looking to add a Certified Pre Owned Sales Manager to the team.

Sales Manager Responsibilities

  • Store opening and/ or closing will be required by the manager(s), for safety reasons.
  • Work with the team to meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of the Volkswagen products and programs
  • Problem solve and make solid decisions for sales team
  • Coach and support a team, providing feedback and reviews
  • Ensure excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for error free agreements and files
  • Ability to be flexible with working hours- week nights/weekends/events
  • Maintain a safe work environment, and ensure team completes 100% of Health and Safety requirements
  • Assist in hiring new staff (when applicable)
  • Provide store updates to General Manager/and or Owners on a regular basis
  • Participates in organizing events, and working with Marketing to develop ads
  • OMVIC license and clean driving record required
  • Assist with all CPO vehicles coming and going out

Job Requirements

  • Valid OMVIC license
  • 3 -5 years experience in a sales role at a dealership
  • Substantial track record of exceeding sales quotas and targets
  • Knowledge of inventory control and management
