As a Pre-Owned Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to help clients discover exceptional pre-owned vehicles, build long-lasting relationships, and share your expertise on Porsche Certified and off-brand vehicles alike.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom or lot, guiding them through our selection of pre-owned vehicles.
  • Deliver an exceptional buying experience by serving customers in a friendly, professional, and transparent manner.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all pre-owned inventory, including trade-ins, off-make models, and Audi Certified Pre-Owned vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle walkarounds and ensure customers understand key features, history reports, and warranty coverage.
  • Prepare sold vehicles for delivery and provide clients with a complete delivery experience.
  • Support the Sales Manager with trade-in appraisals, vehicle merchandising, and lot organization.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in pre-owned or automotive sales preferred, particularly within the luxury segment.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Valid OMVIC License.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driver's abstract.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and customer service skills.
  • Strong sales acumen, with a focus on integrity, follow-up, and customer retention.
