Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional guest services and a comprehensive understanding of aesthetic treatments. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality skincare services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. Your expertise in various aesthetic procedures, combined with excellent customer service skills, will contribute to the overall satisfaction and loyalty of our clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials, body waxing, makeup application, eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair styling.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products and services available.
  • Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales transactions.
  • Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience while meeting sales goals.
  • Foster a positive atmosphere by creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in aesthetics and participate in ongoing training to improve skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a related field is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols within the beauty industry.
  • Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques is advantageous.
  • Proficient in various aesthetic treatments such as body waxing, makeup application, eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair styling.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest services and hospitality.
