Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and professional Beauty Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for skincare, beauty treatments, and customer service, providing clients with exceptional aesthetic services in a welcoming environment. This role offers opportunities to utilize advanced techniques such as dermal fillers, Botox, laser treatments, and hair extensions while delivering personalized care tailored to each guest's needs. The aesthetician will play a vital role in enhancing client satisfaction and building lasting relationships through expert consultations and treatment recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of skincare treatments including dermabrasion, regular facials, and body waxing.
  • Provide advanced aesthetic services such as eyelash extensions, hair threading, makeup application, and hair styling.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and retail products to promote sales and client retention.
  • Manage guest appointments efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY; handle front desk duties with professionalism.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas following health regulations.
  • Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments based on individual skin types and aesthetic goals.
  • Engage with clients via social media management to promote services, special offers, and client success stories.
  • Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize guest satisfaction and salon revenue.
  • Stay current with industry trends in esthetic laser treatments, hair extensions, nail care, tattooing, barbering, and other beauty innovations.

Requirements

  • Valid Cosmetology or Esthetician license required; additional certifications in botulinum toxin treatment or dermal fillers preferred.
  • Proven experience in medical spa or salon environments with skills in esthetic laser treatment, deep tissue massage, and body waxing.
  • Strong management skills with familiarity using salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY.
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with outstanding customer service abilities to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Knowledge of sanitation standards, skin care products, color theory, and nail care techniques.
  • Experience with social media management for marketing purposes is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform hair styling, hair threading, makeup application, tattooing (if certified), and straight razor shaving is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
